Pedong , is for those who seek to see the secrets of Himalayas hidden and not well known off. It is a village resting on the ancient silk route on Sikkim West Bengal borders and is situated at the heart of eastern Himalayas. The breathtaking views of the mountains are always there to welcome you here on a clear day. The village is home to Sikkimese Buddhism culture and hosts a grand monastery in its vicinity. If someone wants to live with monks and see the lifestyle of eastern Himalayan people, this is the perfect place to be. 

It is in this village, amidst wisdom of monks and their chanting , our property sits on the edge of a hill, perfectly perched to see the three sixty degree views of the Himalayas and nature all around.

How to Reach -
Nearest airport is Bagdogra.
Nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri Junction. 
Nearest big town and subcentre is Kurseong. 
Anyone can reach Pedong , by a goverment bus from the airport or railways station to Kurseong, and then a shared taxi to pedong. It takes around four hour journey in total. If you have car or rent a car from airport or railways station, you can reach here in three hours.

Private room ( Cottage for two people with attached bath ) - 1100 INR.

Things to Do & Nearby Attractions to see - 
Pedong itself has rivers to fish and swim in. Monasteries to meditate and befriend the monks. 
Darjeeling , the jewel of British colonial hill town is just 3 hours. KURSEONG  a town of British haunted mystery is just 30 minutes by road. 
Offbeat villages with renowned monasteries like LAVA , LOLEGAON , RISHOP to ride in rented motorcylces are in around distance of 3 - 4 hours. 
Hikes and treks to small villages nestled in the jungles of higher Himalayas possible. One can even spend night there, organised by us. Recommended if you love sunrises !
Famous trek to Sandakphu and other treks in sikkim and west bengal can be easily done from here. 

Walking and hiking when you are in Pedong is a must !!
