One of the highest Alpine lake in Parvati valley , Rorag sar at 4600 meters is best visited by people for it's unknown trail and the super Ridgeline walk with magnificent views of renowned mountain peaks around such as Papsura Dharamsura , Indrasen , Rudranag, Parvati Parvati, Animal pass and much more.
The stays are on pretty high altitude Meadows with breathtaking views and landscape. This helps this trek to be one of the most beautiful offbeat Alpine trail here.

FIRST CAMPSITE FOR THE TREK.

THE TRAIL FROM KALGA TO FIRST CAMP.

Itenery.
Base camp - Kalga, Himachal Pradesh.
Dates - June - October. Fixed batches running. Message to know dates.

D1 - Report at Base Camp - Kalga. Acclamatization and breifing. Overnight in Kalga homestay.

D2 - Kalga to Bhandak thatch 6 kms in 4-5 hours.. Camping here for the night. 10,247 feet.

D3 - Bhandak Thatch to summit camp at 12900 feet. 6 kms in 6 hours. Heavy ascent. Camping here. Overnight.

D4 - Early morning start from Summit camp to Rorag SAR lake and back to summit camp. Heavy ascent ridge walk without backpags. 4 kms up and 4 kms down for the whole day. The Lake is at 14800 feet. Overnight in summit camp.

D5 - Summit camp to Kalga descend total of 12 kms in 4 hours. End of trek by 12 pm. Move to Kasol or take bus back to Delhi in evening.

Price - 6500 INR per person. Kalga to Kalga.
