Hello to the Monsoon

Finally the summers are over and along with it, busy season for all of us in the mountain. Summers are crazy with no peace almost half of a year's earnings are to be made in summers hence we keep on grinding ourselves on those days. We turn a little bit money minded and the special personal caring attention to our trekkers and travelers is often not possible. Somehow, I personally wait for the summers to pass for the inner wanderlust is not awakened un till the monsoon comes.

Monsoon is rebirth and freshness. As the new tiny grasses sprawl and make its way to life so does our soul. Seeing the all green forest brighten up again, helps our mind and soul to think of rebirth and beginning. No more rush crowd of people, no more fancy tourist hording the places. Only travelers and backpackers mostly dare to wander during the monsoon. 

I have met most number of true backpackers in monsoon only. People who ply in the rain truly wants to see something surely. The monsoon comes with a lot of uncertainties. Land slides, road block and stuff, yet those of you who dwell in it, travel in it are true seekers. You know how to dance in the rain, rather waitinf for the storm to pass. 

There are people of a stupid kind who are afraid of the rain. Its only water, not poison ! 
For me, what can be better than to sit in a serene cafe sipping hot chocolate, by the window, watching the drizzles bathing the leafs and tiny grasses. What can be better, than be relieved from the hating heat, by the rain drenching us like a mother showering love. What can be better than hiking in monsoon, to see all around bright and green like the new life sprawling from everlasting youth, clouds swipping past your body like love and peace embracing the soul. What can be better?

Surely if this feelings also beat in your heart and head, July, august September is your time as a traveller to know the monsoon in this mountains. Why wait ?
